Thank you to everyone who came to our last group session!
We're happy to announce that we will be running another session on Saturday the 27th of April.
We'll be working on playing with other musicians in a relaxed and informal setting while also giving you the chance to meet other musicians and discuss your learning progress with our music teachers.

Get together with other musicians and make some music under the guidance of our teachers. We will be hosting regular guided jam sessions where we will offer practical advice to help you play with musicians in different ways as well as giving you the chance to share your ideas and discuss your learning in an educational setting. We're excited to announce our next upcoming workshop! In this workshop we will be looking at music composition and songwriting, providing you with the tools needed to write your own music. We will be studying aspects of composition such as harmony, melody, rhythm, bass and more. This workshop is open to musicians of all abilities and we will offer varying layers of complexity so that everyone can come away with some new knowledge to further their understanding of music composition.

We're very excited to be collaborating with Sonotron in Differdange once again where we will be running two workshops in the coming weeks!
Our IMPROVISATION workshop will be taking place on Saturday 23rd 14-16h. We'll be exploring introductory elements to improvisation in music.
Our SONGWRITING workshop is happening on October 7th 14-16h. Here we will be looking at getting started with songwriting and composition.

Playing the Blues Workshop (posted 30/01/2023)
We're looking forward to getting things started again with our first workshop of the year!
We'll be looking at:

The different styles of the Blues and the techniques associated with them

How to play the Blues with other musicians and apply these concepts in a group setting

Useful and interesting chord/scale shapes, licks and other ideas commonly found in the Blues
This workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about the style or improve their existing knowledge. It'll take place at the wonderful Café Villa in Beggen and the bar will open directly after the workshop so feel free to stay for a drink and chat with other musicians afterwards.

Come join us for a jam session and a drink to celebrate the end of the year! It's free and open to musicians of all levels (even if you're not an InTune student). InTune's Birthday Jam! (posted on 05/09/2022)
Join us in celebrating InTune's 3rd birthday on the 17th of September!
We will have a jam session so bring your instruments. It will be a fun and great way to meet and play with other musicians. There will be snacks and drinks provided and feel free to bring any friends, family, or pets. We plan to meet outside in the Parc d'Coque by the Kiosk.

Beginning on the 8th of October, we will be running a series of workshops where we will explore how to compose and structure a piece of music. We'll be looking at aspects such as melody, harmony, rhythm, and song structure while giving you the tools to harness your creativity in a musical setting.
These workshops will give you the knowledge to create your own original music and the opportunity to brainstorm ideas with other musicians under the guidance of InTune music teachers.

8th, 15th and 22nd of October.

Blues Workshops (posted 01/07/2022)
In July we are running a series of workshops on blues music. In these workshops we'll be looking at key aspects of this style of music such as the harmony and chords used, song structure, melodic devices as well as tools for improvising in this style. Across these three workshops we'll be looking at a number of blues songs that represent different areas of the music and you can add these to your repertoire as we go. These workshops are a great opportunity to learn a style of music in a group setting with plenty of opportunity to put in to practice the concepts that you learn. In July we're also running guided jam sessions in the park! These are free and are a great way of meeting other like-minded musicians in a relaxed and fun setting. Come along and try out things you're working on with your instrument, every other Sunday morning starting on July 3rd!
